風(fēng)和日麗的假期，前往“幸福島”的觀光游輪遭遇了海難，只有寧宇、張欣晨及幾名幸存者被沖上了一座沒有坐標(biāo)，沒有信號(hào)的孤島。很快，他們意識(shí)到這座平靜的小島并非避難所，處處彌散著詭異的氣息。寧宇、阿強(qiáng)等人去尋找水源，在巨大的石洞中，他們發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩具干枯的尸體和一個(gè)老舊的紅色筆記本。當(dāng)晚，阿強(qiáng)面色慘白，中邪般喃喃自語(yǔ)。而那個(gè)紅色筆記本記載了這些幸存者們即將面對(duì)的前所未見的恐怖。
